Always leave at least 5cm of space on each side of the appliance to allow for possible vibration during spinning of unbalanced loads. To avoid excessive vibration during spinning, install the appliance on a properly supported floor.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION Location Modern washing machines spin at high speed. Failure to level the appliance could lead to instability and consequent damage to adjacent equipment. To minimise vibration and noise during spinning your appliance must be level and in firm contact with a well supported or preferably solid floor. LEVELLING THE APPLIANCE Having completed the electrical connections, move your appliance to its operating position. Plug the dryer and washing machine into separate socket outlets. Warning Do not plug a tumble dryer and washing machine into an adaptor for connection to a single socket outlet. The mains lead of the appliance is fitted with a BS 1363A 13 amp fused plug. Warning – This appliance must be earthed.
